Fees and charges

How fees work

Every fee is shown on the screen before you confirm a payment, in the currency you pay in, together with the exchange rate, the rate source and our margin where a conversion happens. What the recipient gets is shown next to it. Nothing is deducted that was not shown.

The exact amounts for your country are in the app under Fees and on every quote. Because they can change with operator and processor pricing, the app is always the authoritative source.

Exchange rates

We show the reference rate, its source and time, and our margin. When a live rate is locked for the quote period the recipient amount is guaranteed; otherwise it is marked indicative.

Limits

Unverified accounts have low daily and monthly limits. Verification raises them; the current limits are shown in the app under Limits.
